NEW DELHI: A three-member bench has been appointed for considering the writ petitions in connection with Sabarimala women entry. Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, justice K M Joseph and justice A K Kaul are the three members. K M Joseph is a Keralite.
The Supreme Court has decided to consider all the pleas over Sabarimala issue on November 13 at 3 pm. Ranjan Gogoi had earlier clarified that the case will be heard in an open court.
There are three writ pleas stating that the Supreme Court verdict allowing women of all ages to enter Sabarimala is against the fundamental rights of the devotees. There are also 19 review pleas seeking to review the verdict.
