NILAKKAL: Tantris have again stated that if customs and rituals are violated at Sabarimala, they will close the sanctum sanctorum. They told this while conducting a discussion with IGMR Ajith Kumar. The police met the tantris as the temple is set to open on Monday for Chithira Aatta Visesham. Meantime, 15 women police officers have been deployed at Sannidhanam. They are all above 50 years old.
Meantime, police officials have clarified that no women have reached Sabarimala seeking police protection to visit the temple. It has been hinted that no women is likely to reach Sabarimala as the temple gets open for only one day. However, there are speculations that two women are likely to enter the temple. If women reach there, the Sangh Parivar organizations have decided to block them by using women. Hindu organizations have deicided to bring 1500 women to Sabarimala for this.
Several leaders RSS leader Valsan Thillankari, BJP state secretary K Surendran, Viswa Hindu Parishath state president SJR Kumar, Sabarimala Karma Samithi leaders K Krishnankutti and P K Sasikala will reach Sabarimala. RSS activists will reach from neighbouring states as well. The police have informed that the devotees will not be allowed to camp at Sannidhanam for a long time.
