THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Travancore Devaswom Board president A Padmakumar has come forward denying the arguments of P S Sreedharan Pillai that Sabarimala tantri Kandararu Rajeevaru has sought legal advice from Pillai. "Tantri would not have sought a legal advice. If anyone is trying to politicize this issue, it is wrong. No one should use lord Ayyappa for politics. We will try our best to settle the issue at Sabarimala", clarified devaswom board president.

"Devaswom board has the complete rights to involve in the customs and rituals of Sabarimala. Devaswom board is going forward with 'Padithara contract' which states the rules for temple management. If any problem occurs at Sabarimala, government is responsible for it. Devaswom board has no involvement in the matter", clarified Padmakuamar.
