KANNUR: The police are investigating about several secret death groups on Whatsapp. More details about these Whatsapp group were obtained during the investigation on the suicide of three students. The investigation has been spread across the state since several of these groups are functioning based on various locations.

Meanwhile, unconfirmed reports say that the admin of this group is a native of Kasargod. The investigation is based on the Thiruvananthapuram headquarters of cyber cell. A special team was formed under the leadeship of Kannur range IG Balram Kumar. The DGP will observe the investigation.
