THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A complaint has been lodged with the police and KPCC against a Congress leader for 'sexually harassing' a minor KSU leader.

The girl had first given the complaint to KPCC president Mullapally Ramachandran against local leader K J Yadhu Krishna but as no action was taken she approached the police, according to sources.

The silence of the party over the complaint and the failure of the KPCC president to take immediate action against the accused had triggered controversy within the party.
