THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that he will not change his stand on the Sabarimala issue fearing that the party will lose votes. He added that the government wants to preserve the secularism of Kerala. He was speaking at an event organized by DYFI at Thiruvananthapuram.

"Those who divide humans in the name of rituals and faith are trying to destroy the secularism of Kerala. They are trying to create huge gaps in the society. If they succeed, we will not have our state. We should not sacrifice our state for anything", said the Chief Minister. H eclarified that no one will be allowed to destroy the secular unity of Kerala.
