KOCHI: Ernakulam principal sessions court has directed to give his passport back to actor Dileep, who is an accused in the actress assault case. Dileep's advocates said that his passport was required to apply for a Visa. Dileep had requested to go abroad for a film shooting from November 15 to December 31. However, prosecution had opposed this request. The case filed by prosecution will be heard on November 9. Dileep is facing the trials for his involvement in the actress assault case.
