Dileep-Rafi team has brought out many hits in Malayalam cinema. Punjabi House, Thenkashi Pattanam, Pandippada, China Town and Ring Master are among them. Dileep has also acted in films scripted by Rafi. After box-office hit Two countries, Rafi wrote the script for Professor Dinkan. Dileep is its hero. Cinematographer Ramachandra Babu is directing the film.

After this film, Rafi has again come out with another script for Dileep. P Balachandra Kumar is directing that film titled Picketpocket. In the film Dileep will be seen as a pickpocket

Nadirshah is the music director for the film.

A Hollywood star will appear as a villain in the film. Brazil is also an important location. Ketch Kampacte will direct action scenes and Bollywood camera man Manush Nandan will crank the camera.
