THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Devaswom board president A Padmakumar has clarified that he has high hopes in the all-party meet called by the government to discuss Sabarimala women entry. "We cannot move forward with disputes and clashes. I hope that all issues will get settled tomorrow after the all-party meet. Devaswom board has sough a legal opinion in the supreme court decision. A final decision will be taken tomorrow", he clarified.
Meantime, Leader of Opposition Ramesh Chennithala demanded that the government should take a soft approach in the Sabarimala issue. "They should not make Sabarimala as a land of disputes by implementing women entry. The chief minister should not be stubborn in this issue. UDF will participate in the all-party meet tomorrow. Government should have called the meeting earlier. Everyone should utilize the meeting to settle the issue", said Ramesh Chennithala.
