PATHANAMTHITTA: Swami Bhargavaram was taken into preventive custody in the wake the prevailing tension in Sabarimala over young women’s entry in Sabarimala.

Achara Samrakshana Samithy Convenor Prithvipal and another person were also taken into custody.

Meanwhile, Hindu Aikyavedi president K P Sasikala was blocked near Marakoottam. Prithvipal was arrested from Pamba Guard room. He has been removed from Pamba. Police clarified that people who indulged in violence last time will be strictly blocked.
