THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said on his in a statement on Friday that what happened in Sabarimala during the Thulam puja and Chithira Attam is something that should not have happened in a place where lakhs of devotees turn up.

“All people should cooperate to have a peaceful Mandala-Makaravilakku pilgrim season. Any untoward incident will bring ill-repute to Sabarimala. It will affect the fame of Sabarimala,” he said in the press note.
