Arrest of leaders to continue, DGP irked with facilities at Sabarimala THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state police said the arrest of leaders will continue if violence is unleashed in Sabarimala. The arrested leaders are responsible for the confrontation witnessed in Sabarimala and the police have obtained proofs on it. The intelligence had earlier warned that if they reach Sannidhanam again, violence is sure to break out. BJP state general secretary K Surendran was arrested on the basis of it. Meantime, state police chief Lokanath Behra expressed dissatisfaction on the services arranged for the cops on duty in Sabarimala. Only limited facilities are there for the cops and the devotees. Behra has asked the board to make more arrangements for the cops on duty. The DGP has conversed with Tata Consultancy on it. It is hinted that the board has informed the DGP to take adequate steps on it.
