KANNUR: Devaswom minister Kadakampally Surendran said that the protests at Sabarimala are planned jointly by BJP and RSS. The government is trying to keep goondas away from Sabarimala, said Kadakampally while talking to reporters at Kannur.

“Devotees have no problem at Sabarimala. They are all very happy. The police is being strict because they don’t want people like Rahul Easwar to shed blood at Sabarimala. No police of any other state will suffer like this. We are not planning to hand over the control of Sabarimala to RSS. This is a temple of lord Ayyappa. How can we give it to RSS? They are changing their stands again and again”, said Kadakampally Surendran.
