THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP leader A N Radhakrishnan has come forward approving the circular issued by BJP asking members to reach Sabarimala. He also clarified that the party leadership wanted to keep the circular as a secret. Meantime, party has started an investigation to find how the circular got leaked. It has been alleged that CPM is using the circular as a political weapon.
The police is vigilant at Sabarimala following this and they had found out that devotees reach Sabarimala via Pulmedu. Sources close to police say that people from Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram will not be allowed to pass through Pulmedu. People from other districts will be allowed to enter after taking a photograph. Circular issued by BJP states that activists from Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram are directed to reach Sabarimala on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The police have also imposed several control measures at Sannidhanam. Devotees should returnn from the temple within six hours. The police also warns that if anyone violate the section 144 at Sabarimala, they will be arrested.
