PATHANAMTHITTA: A new case was registered against K Surendran, who had recieved bail in the case against him over a clash at Sabarimala. The new case was lodged for blocking a 52-year old woman who came to Sabarimala for her grandchild's 'choroonu'. He has been imposed of conspiracy.
Pathanamthitta munsif court had granted conditional bail to 72 people including K Surendran on Wednesday. Munsif magistrate Surya Sukumaran granted bail to them on the condition that they will not enter Ranni for two months. They have been imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 each. However, Surendran will be free from jail only if he gets bail on a previous warrant issued by Kannur magistrate court.
