THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: DYFI woman leader who had lodged a sexual abuse complaint against P K Sasi MLA said that she is happy with the decision taken by the CPI(M) state committee against Sasi. She also clarified that she will not move forward legally with a complaint, since she is satisfied with the party decision.

"I am really happy. I expected this decision from the party. I had complete faith in the party", she said. However, she said that she is not ready to make apublic statement regarding this.

CPI(M) state committee has decided to suspend P K Sasi from the party following the sexual abuse complaint lodged against him by a DYFI woman leader. The decision was taken in the state committee meeting on Monday.
