THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Leader of Opposition Ramesh Chennithala alleged that there was an unholy alliance between BJP and LDF to sabotage Sabarimala pilgrimage creating several problems at the temple.

Ramesh Chennithala had blamed that chief minister’s stubbornness, government’s inability, unnecessary restrictions and unwanted protests by the BJP-RSS outfits made problems at Sannnidhanam.
Chennithala was speaking to the media outside after the Assembly. The assembly meet had adjourned on Thursday for the second time following uproar of opposition members.

"The speaker was not ready to discuss Sabarimala issue in the assembly today. It was clear from the Chief Minister's words that the government was also not ready to discuss this matter. That is why we staged a protest", said Chennithala.
