THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan lauded the decision of BJP to end protests at Sabarimala.
"BJP has come to understand the secularism of Kerala. The cases against BJP leaders were not fabricated by the government. It is part of the judicial system. There is no point of staging a protest to withdraw the cases", said the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister also declared reconstruction works on the coastal area. He was speaking to the reporters on November 29 which marks one year anniversary of Ockhi cyclone. He also declared reconstruction works in the tribal areas. "We faced the floods together. The secularism of Kerala helped so much for that. We need Rs 31,000 crore for rehabilitation works.
