THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: It has been reported that only twelve MPs were in attendance for the MPs meet held to discuss about availing disaster relief fund from the centre. There are 20 Lok Sabha MPs and 12 Rajya Sabha MPs in the state.
V Muraleedharan MP had reached from Maharashtra. However, both MPs from the capital did not reavh for the meeting. Only Kodikkunnil Suresh participated in the meeting from Congress. The meet did not discuss about the lack of participation.

Sasi Tharoor, A Sambath, N K Premachandran, Anto Antony, K C Venugopal, K V Thomas, Innocent, C N Jayadevan, P K Biju, P K Kunjalikkutty, M K Raghavan, Mullappally Ramachandran, M K Antony, Elamaram Kareem, Jose K Mani, Vayalar Ravi, Suresh Gopi and Richard Hay did not attend the meeting.
