VARKALA: Three year old Akshaya, fell under a bus while getting down with her mother and died on the spot. Akshaya is the daughter of Maneesh and Anju, residents of Kakkoluvila house in Idavakkappil.

The incident happened at cashew nut office juction on HS road in Kappil at 10:30 am.

They were travelling from Anju's house in Kappil to Maneesh's house in Kattuvila in private bus named 'Vijayan'. Akshaya fell under the bus while they were getting down at Kattuvila. Meanwhile, bus moved forward and the tyres rolled over Akshaya's head. Ayiroor police have prepared the inquest and the body was handed over to relatives after post mortem in taluk hospital. Maneesh and Anju have a son, who is one and half years old.്
