KOCHI: Kerala High Court have voiced out their opinion that Sabarimala is free from problems. The Division bench also said that there should not be any protests there.
The court said this while finalizing a judgement on suite filed by Kodakara natives K.V Vibin, O.B. Bibin and Akhil Mohanan against police for blocking their entry to the shrine claiming they have BJP-RSS relations.
The suit reads that group of 35 people had visited Sabarimala on November 29, only those who said they don’t have BJP-RSS relations were allowed to visit the shrine. But the court stated that restrictions were in place considering the then existing situation. The court also pointed out government’s promise that there are no restrictions and now the petitioners may visit the shrine.
