NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has postponed the hearing on the plea submitted by actor Dileep seeking the visuals of the assault, which is the main evidence in the actress assault case. The decision was taken following Dileep’s demand seeking more time.

Dileep had moved the Supreme Court seeking the visuals stating that the visuals may help him to prove his innocence. Earlier the High Court had denied his plea. Dileep had also argued that the visuals were edited.

Prosecution argued that the visuals were taken to capture a blue film. Prosecution had clarified that if the visuals are handed over to the accused, the victim will be subjected to several threats.
