THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Files stack up in different departments of Secretariat. 1,54,781 files have stacked up till October 31. The numbers were revealed by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in response to K.S. Sabarinadh’s question. Department of local self-government stand atop the list with 33,705 files.
