KOCHI: The Kerala High Court has granted bail to activist Rehana Fathima (39) arrested on charges of attempting to disrupt public peace by posting religiously controversial comments about Ayyappa devotees and Sabarimala on social media. The court has directed her not to make any religious references and has asked her not to enter Pampa Station limits for three months. The bail was granted on Rehana Fathima’s plea alleging that the case was registered by the Pathanamthitta police on unnecessary charges. She was arrested on November 28 for creating communal disharmony.
