THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Indian cricketer Sanju Samson tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Charulatha. Only close relatives were part of the marriage function at a private hotel in Kovalam. A dinner is arranged for close friends and team mates at Nalanchira Girideepam Convention Centre.

Charulatha was Sanju’s classmate at Mar Ivanios College. They were in a relationship for the past five years. Sanju is the second son of former Delhi Police footballer Samson Vishwanath and Liji. Charulatha is the daughter of Mathrubhumi chief news editor B. Ramesh Kumar and Rajasri.
