THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has come out against the Central government order that empowers ten security/intelligence agencies to monitor and decrypt any information generated, transmitted, received or stored in any computer. “This against fundamental rights and freedom of a citizen. Not even the media, representatives of the state or the judiciary is spared. Central government is leading the nation towards undeclared emergency”, he said.
“This is just another one in the long list of atrocious actions taken by BJP that violates privacy and freedom of citizens. They are not even respecting the Right to Privacy which is a fundamental right. This order is to harm people that opposes BJP and their allies. People should come out in protest against this”, Chief Minister said.
