THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan clarified that the rebuilding process in Kerala following the floods will be completed before the end of this financial year. "People's co-operation is needed for this. Rebdilding process should not be made at the cost of our substantial development, else it will affect our state later", said Pinarayi Vijayan. Chief Minister was speaking iat the international conference organized by people's web portel and higher education council.
"The liberal mentality of Keralites helped us to survive the worst floods in the century. Our strength is secularism and this upseys many people. We are trying to survive such mentality through the rebuilding process. We should preserve our liberal and renaissant values", he said.
