ADIMALY: A woman died on Saturday during an adventurous trip after she was throw off her bike and fell, smashing her head against a rock. The dead was identified as Thripunnithura Vadakkebhagam Mallasseri parambu native Rajendran’s daughter Chippy (23).

The accident took place on Saturday at around 11 am at the riding facility at Hilltop near Adimaly Koomban Para.

Chippy had arrived for Munnar trip on her four-wheeled ATV model bike. She was also accompanied by her friend.
They came to know about the riding centre only when they reached Koomban Para. There she decided to make adventurous rides but little did she know it was going to the death-knell for her
Chippy, who had sustained serious injuries on her head and face, was first admitted to Morning Star hospital in Adimaly. But death happened when she was being taken to Perumbavur for expert treatment.
Chippy had joined as a chemist in Aluva Rajagiri hospital a month ago.
The body will be handed over to her relatives after post-mortem on Sunday. The cremation will take place on 12 pm on Friday.
