THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP state general secretary K Surendran has come forward with harsh criticism against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
“In a state, which is ruled by Pinarayi Vijayan, he tried to create a communal riot by attacking a mosque. FIR in connection with the Perambra mosque attack says that the attackers were trying to create a communal riot intentionally. The main accused in the case is a branch secretary of CPM. There are about 20 CPM activists involved in the attack. Perambra is Minister T P Rmakrishnan’s native place. The place is near to Nadapuram, where communal riots are incessant. I am asking the DGP whether this information was in the report submitted to the governor. Vijayan could not create communal riot anywhere, though he tried it with SDPI. That is why, he made such an attempt”, said Surendran.
