THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The BJP’s threat to dismiss state government and implement Presidential rule is unwanted says Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. “That period is over. BJP don’t have any power here. They are planning attacks with central government’s backing. Then they claim that the situation in here is chaotic. There is no law and order issue here. Government has taken all steps to curb attacks”, Vijayan said.

“If someone hopes to disturb the peace of this state, it will go in vain. Attacks were planned to destroy the state. 95 percentage of these attack were organized by Sangh Parivar. People from all communities were targeted. Some are unsatisfied that things didn’t go according to plan. Matters of the state are managed smoothly. Certain section of people are of the opinion that the aggressors shouldn’t be caught. Such threats won’t work in Kerala. Even murderers might be spared in other states, but not here”, Pinarayi Vijayan opined.

“Sangh Parivar initiated attacks in Thalassery by attacking the residence of Sobha-a CPM activist. It was followed with attacks at the houses of many CPM party activists. Bombs were hurled at Dinesh Beedi Company. CPI office at Thalassery town is the first attacked party office. RSS is behind attacks in Thalassery. Protests of CPM activists were normal after these attacks. Unfortunately there were some responses to RSS attacks. RSS should stop such activities”, Chief Minister said.
