NEW DELHI: Supreme Court has adjourned hearing on SNC Lavalin case following the demand of R Sivadasan, former chairman of KSEB. CBI moved SC after the Kerala High Court acquitted Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, former energy secretary K Mohanachandran and joint secretary A Francis.

Supreme Court will consider the plea filed by CBI seeking to cancel the acquittal of three accused including Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and also the plea filed by former KSEB officilas seeking to acquit them from the case.
