KOCHI: High Court has denied the anticipatory bail plea submitted by actor Kollam Thulasi in connection with his hate speech against women in Sabarimala issue. He has been directed to surrender before the investigation officer immediately. He had asked to tear the women apart and to throw one piece to New Delhi and the other pience to CM’s office. The complaint was lodged by DYFI Chavara block committee member and the case was charged for hurting religious sentiments and for disgracing womanhood publicly.
Kollam Thulasi had earlier apologized about the controversial remark.
“It was by mistake and I said that out of the moment emotionally”, said Thulasi to an online media. He also said that he expressed his emotion as a devotee of lord Ayyappa.
