THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Kaumudi has become successful in the portrayal of Sree Naranyana Guru, praised Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan after the premier of ‘Magaguru’ trailer. ‘Mahaguru’ is an upcoming serial produced by Kaumudy TV portraying the life of Sree Narayana Guru, the great renaissance leader of Kerala.

“Guru’s body and soul is portrayed in the serial so that it will have an impact in the society. This is a need of the hour. This serial will be a huge success”, said Pinarayi Vijayan. The chief minister flagged off the road show in connection with the campaign of ‘Magaguru’ by handing over the flag to Kaumudy TV broadcasting chairman A C Reji. Darshan Ravi, producer of ‘Mahaguru’, Mahesh Kidangil, director of ‘Mahaguru’ and script writer ‘Manju Vellayani’ were felicitated by the chief minister. Kaumudy TV programmes chief Dr.Mahesh Kidangil made the welcome speech.
