NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Tuesday said the date to consider the review pleas questioning women entry in Sabarimala has not been fixed. When to consider the pleas cannot be asserted now. Chief Justice Renjan Gogoi said the date will be fixed only after Justice Indu Malhotra comes back after leave. More than 50 pleas questioning Supreme Court verdict of September 28 allowing women of all ages to enter Sabarimala is before the court.

Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said this when advocate pointed that the review petitions will be considered today. Indu Malhotra, the lone woman judge of the five-member constitutional bench led by former chief justice Dipak Mishra, had disagreed women entry in Sabarimala. She is on leave till January 30.
