DELHI: The Supreme Court will consider actor Dileep’s plea seeking a copy of the memory card believed to be crucial in the actress attack case, in the last week of February. The actor had sought a week’s time to reply for government’s affidavit in the case.
A bench led by Justice A M Khanwilkar considered the plea today. As senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi for Dileep had some inconvenience to appear, the plea had requested to postpone the case for a week. However the government in the affidavit filed had mentioned that the memory card cannot be handed over to the accused.
