THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Reacting to former DGP Senkumar’s statement that former ISRO scientist Nambinarayanan is not eligible for Padma Award, the latter challenged the former to come out with evidence against him, if he had any.

“In such a high-profile case, if Sen Kumar has evidence against me, he should produce it in the court. Hiding evidence is contempt of court…I only have pity for Senkumar. If he contests in the Lok Sabha election, he will not get any vote from where ever he goes,” he said.

Nambinarayanan added that BJP State president P S Sreedharan Pillai was keeping mum on the DGP’s statement as he had political intentions.
