KOCHI: The government is trying to sabotage the ice-cream parlour case by joining hands with the opposition, said administrative reforms commission chief V S Achuthanandan. This was mentioned in the plea filed in the high court. VS approached the high court challenging the verdict of the lower court settling the case. The lower court had directed to close the case. VS came down heavily on the government as they did not move the court. However, the court observed that the case had elapsed and should be buried. Clarifying that time cannot be spend for such cases, hearing in the case has been postponed to March 5.
