THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Finance Minister Dr Thomas Isaac started presenting the Kerala Budget in the assembly. Presenting the budget, the minister said priority will be given in rebuilding Nava Kerala. Some of the highlights are -

Kerala State RTC to ply only electric buses in the state capital
6000 km of more roads to be built in next 2 years
All CFL & filament bulbs to be repalced by LED bulbs
