THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Finance Minister Dr Thomas Isaac started presenting his tenth budget after harshly criticising the centre. The centre allowed only Rs 3000 crore for rebuilding Kerala. The centre did not allow to accept help from friendly countries. They also did not permit to take additional loan. Why this cruelty towards Kerala, he asked? Meantime, he expressed gratitude to centre’s action in relief activities during floods in Kerala.
