THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Making difference of opinion public, Kerala is opening its door to the CBI. The CBI is probing more than two dozens of cases. The new policy of the government is to keep aside its pressure tactics like the ones it used when the CBI got serious with Kannur cases.

“The State won’t be able to hinder the CBI probe. We’ll give them all help. This is the government policy,” the chief minister’s private secretary M V Jayarajan told Kerala Kaumudi.

“There won’t be Bengal model resistance. If there is any issue regarding the probe, we will state it publically. Individuals can move court against CBI. The government will not go to court. If the CBI ask for permission to probe any specific case, we’ll give them that. We won’t prevent a CBI officer from questioning any of the government officers. This is against the Federal system,” M V Jayarajan explained.
