KOCHI: Pulsar Suni, the main accused in the actress attack case, has requested not to shift the trial outside Ernakulam. Suni has come with the plea at a time when the high court is considering the actress’ demand seeking a woman judge and to conduct the trial in a special court. The high court will consider the actress’ and Suni’s plea today.

Sunil’s plea has mentioned that it will be difficult for the advocates and witnesses if the case is shifted to other districts. Also it would affect a free and fair trial. The plea has also mentioned that as he is in jail he has no income to conduct the case.

Meantime, the prosecution has alleged that Suni is trying to delay the trial in the case. The government had approved the actress’ demand for a special court. Also there has been a favourable sand from the side of the court for a woman judge for the trial.
