KOCHI: High Court has decided to intervene on the issue regarding the denial of seats to students in private buses. High Court has decided to take such a decision on the basis of the photograph published in Kerala Kaumudi newspaper. The single bench has directed transport commissioner to investigate this matter through regional transport authority. All Kerala Bus Operators’ Organisation argued that the private buses do not have the obligation to give concession for the students. Meanwhile Justice Anil K Narendran presented the ‘Shoot at Sight’ photograph, which was published in the Kerala Kaumudi daily on February 1st, in the court. The case has been ongoing since August 2018.

The case will be considered again on February 14th. The photograph will be provided to all concerning parties.
