Many media also showed this video. The road which was split into two was at Wandoor in Malappuram. The locals had immediately built a bridge with the help of the army after the destruction.

Now, the recent photograph of the road has also gone viral. The road was constructed within a budget of Rs 25 lakh. PWD minister G Sudhakaran said that all roads that were destroyed in floods are being reconstructed immediately. He also said the maintenance works of 4,429 km long road have been completed.
