CHANGANASSERY: The NSS has clarified that they will not hold any more talks with the government on Sabarimala issue. The NSS had many times requested Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan to protect the rituals and faith of Sabarimala. A favourable response was not obtained from them, a release of the NSS said.
The release said after that they never tried to hold talks. I don’t wish for it again and had not entrusted anybody for it. If the Supreme Court pronounces another verdict again, implementing it is not anybody’s kindness.
The release of the NSS said whatever be the verdict, we will stick to our stand. The government should change their stand.
CPM state secretary Kodiyer Balakrishnan had the other day stated that they are ready to hold talks with the NSS.
