THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: 6,000 ton rock reached from Tuticorin for the construction of Pulimuttu of Vizhinjam harbour. 30,000 ton stones will reach from the Mundra harbour in Gujrat. Pulimuttu construction will not be disrupted from now on. The construction was interrupted for the last one and half year. At present, stones are laid for 570 metre. Pulimuttu is 3.1 km long. Tianjin flat, separa placement barges have reached already. Stone laying was started on Tuesday. After stone laying, both barges will go to Tuticorin to take the load.
