KANNUR: Apart from asking votes, a party never asked the voter on who should be the candidate. In the upcoming Lok Sabha election, the BJP will decide the candidates after surveying for the voter’s opinion.
The party will call the voter’s phone and ask two questions. Question number one: Who is the most eligible to become the BJP candidate in your constituency? Question number two: Do you want Narendra Modi as the PM of India for a second term?
There were reports that P.S. Sreedharan had already submitted a candidate list to the central leadership. However, this was later said to be a private list of Pillai.
The possibility list at each constituency will be cross-checked with people’s opinion. The survey results will directly reach the central committee.
