THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: This year’s Plus Two Economics exam on Monday proved to be a hard nut for Humanities and Commerce students. Practical questions related to Maths made the exam tough for the students. Out of the 29 questions, 12 were in this format. The answers have to be found after solving the problem. Most students found it difficult.
The tough questions came from parts of the syllabus like Multiplayer, Micro Economics, National Income Accounting, and International Trade. In the model exams, such questions were few. Students even found it difficult to understand the question. Answers to tougher questions had to found in a numerical form with formulas.
