KOCHI: The state government has informed the high court that they have decided to charge a case against 13 RSS leaders for staging attacks on the day of hartal in connection with Sabarimala protests. The affidavit submitted by the government also states that severe action will be taken against those who staged such attacks.

The affidavit states that a case will be charged against K P Sasikala, T P Senkumar and K S Radhakrishnan. BJP state president P S Sreedharan Pillai and RSS leader P B Menon are also accused in the case. The government has decided to charge a case against them.

Meantime, none of them were directly involved in the hartal. However, the government argued that they have the moral responsibility as they called for the hartal.
