PATHANAMTHITTA: Water started flowing out of Perumthenaruvi dam when some anti socials opened the shutters of the dam. The incident happened at Tuesday night. Water flowed for atleast seven minutes, and it was later closed by KSEB officials. Vechuchira police have started investigating the case.
