THALASSERY: The wall on which writing was done, seeking vote for Vadakara LDF candidate P Jayarajan, collapsed on Friday, creating tension in the area.

The incident happened in the night at Kommalvayalil in Thalassery. The CPM alleged that the wall was demolished by RSS workers. The place was visited by CPM State secretary and local MLA Kodiyeri Balakrishnan.
As the election campaign is getting stronger day by day in Vadakara ahead of the Lok Sabha election, tension is also on the rise. The other day SFI workers had blocked UDF candidate K Muraleedharan, who had gone to PeErambra College for campaign. The incident had made news in media.
